Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any services provided by Qurbani N More. These terms govern your use of our website and all Qurbani, Haqiqah, Sadaqah, and Hospitality services offered through Shefa Farm.
By using our website or placing a booking, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, contact us before submitting your request so our team can help you understand the service, schedule, payment, pickup, delivery, and halal process.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Qurbani N More website or placing a booking for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These services include Qurbani, Haqiqah, Sadaqah, and Bulk or Hospitality orders. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Offered
Qurbani N More, operating through Shefa Farm in California, provides halal meat and sacrifice services.
- Qurbani for Eid Al-Adha, including goat, lamb, cow share, and whole cow options.
- Haqiqah for newborn celebration and charity distribution.
- Sadaqah charitable meat donation.
- Bulk and Hospitality orders for masjids, events, restaurants, catering, and community programs.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment or an agreed partial payment is received.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Listed prices generally include processing, USDA inspection, and HFSAA certification fees unless noted differently.
- Qurbani N More may adjust pricing with reasonable notice before booking confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and booking information.
Animal Selection & Availability
Animals are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We make every reasonable effort to fulfill specific size, breed, or animal preferences. Availability cannot be guaranteed. If your preferred animal or size is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative before proceeding.
Self-Zabiha Terms
Self-Zabiha is available only when scheduling, facility capacity, and safety guidelines allow.
- Participants must be practicing Muslims.
- Participants must follow all on-site safety, facility, and halal compliance instructions.
- Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before participation.
- Qurbani N More may refuse, pause, or discontinue Self-Zabiha participation at its discretion.
Delivery
Home delivery may be available within our designated service area and schedule.
For Eid Al-Adha Qurbani, delivery is generally available on Day 2 and Day 3, subject to booking volume and route capacity. Delivery windows are estimates. Customers must be available to receive delivery. Qurbani N More is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information.
Halal Compliance
All slaughter is performed by practicing Muslims under halal standards and HFSAA certification guidance.
Our facility process follows USDA inspection requirements and halal compliance procedures. Any concerns regarding halal compliance should be raised before or at the time of service so they can be addressed immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Qurbani N More is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service connected to the claim.
Modifications to Terms
Qurbani N More may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Joaquin County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
