Fair Refunds for Sacred Halal Services

We value your trust and the sanctity of the services you book with us. This refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both customer needs and the nature of halal animal services.

Effective: May 6, 2026 Qurbani, Haqiqah, Sadaqah, and Bulk Orders

Refund eligibility depends on timing, animal allocation, slaughter status, distribution status, and whether preparation has already begun. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation made 30+ days before Eid, with a $25 processing fee deducted.
  • Partial cancellations within 7-29 days of Eid according to the schedule below.
  • Service errors or incorrect orders reported within 24 hours.
  • Haqiqah rescheduling requested with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after the animal has been slaughtered.
  • Missed delivery where no prior rescheduling was arranged.
  • Sadaqah already distributed to beneficiaries.
  • Self-Zabiha cancellations after the confirmed appointment date.

Overview

At Qurbani N More, we understand the sacred nature of Qurbani and other Islamic services. We work to ensure every customer is served with clarity and care. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, service credits, or replacements may be issued.

Cancellation Before Eid Al-Adha

If you need to cancel your Qurbani booking before the confirmed Qurbani date, the following schedule applies.

30+ DaysFull refund minus a $25 processing fee.
15-29 Days75% refund issued.
7-14 Days50% refund issued.
Less Than 7 DaysNo refund once animal allocation and preparation may be underway.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email, contact form, or WhatsApp.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are not eligible for a refund.

  • The Qurbani has already been performed on your behalf.
  • The cancellation request is received after the slaughter date.
  • The customer was unavailable to receive scheduled delivery and no rescheduling was arranged.
  • Self-Zabiha participation is cancelled after the confirmed appointment date.

Service Errors & Quality Issues

If you believe your order was not fulfilled correctly, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • A partial or full refund may be issued depending on the nature of the error.
  • A service credit may be offered for a future booking.
  • Replacement of the affected portion may be offered where feasible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible. We will confirm by phone or email once the refund has been initiated. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

Sadaqah & Charitable Donations

Sadaqah contributions made on behalf of a third party or distributed to families in need are non-refundable once distribution has begun. If distribution has not yet started, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Haqiqah Services

Haqiqah bookings follow the same cancellation schedule as Qurbani services. If a scheduling conflict arises, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Bulk & Hospitality Orders

Bulk meat and hospitality orders require planning and procurement, so the following cancellation schedule applies.

  • Orders cancelled 14+ days before the event: full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Orders cancelled 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Orders cancelled less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
  • Custom orders may have stricter cancellation terms communicated at booking.
